BUG: Auto Inference of AXI interfaces in Monitor mode does not work

IP Packager uses the xilinx feature of auto-inferrence for interfaces. This does not work if the mode is not clearly master/slave (e.g. monitor)...

As a workaround, you can specify the bus interface manually with add_bus_interface and set the mode to monitor.
