Assemblies not propagated to NCBI since March 20

All sequences submitted through ENA since March 20 2025 have not propagated to NCBI as assemblies.

Examples:

• https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/GCA_965224115.1
• https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/search/all/?term=GCA_965224115.1

In total that's 2799 assemblies not visible on NCBI (at the time of writing). I've written to ENA help desk just now.

From our discussion with NCBI they are not planning to show GCA anymore - so these will probably never be updated - we should start linking to ENA from PPX for GCAs instead
