Submitting mpox, rsv-a, rsv-b, west-nile #223
Description
We propagated a number of direct PPX submission to ENA over the last week:
- adding 36 new rsv-a sequences to prod #215
- adding 31 new srv-b sequences #216
- adding 2 new west nile virus sequences to prod #217
- Submitting 17 new mpox sequences (with ENA biosample accessions) to prod #218
- submitting 2 mpox sequences to prod #219
- submitting 150 rsv-a sequences to production #220
- submitting 63 rsv-b sequences to production #221
We have received GCA accessions back from ENA for each sequence, but we are still waiting for them to be indexed and searchable in the ENA portal
