use --include-config-data flag

in preflight script, I offer the suggestion to use softwareupdate --download --all --include-config-data command in order to download MRT and XProtect data files.

I don't see --include-config-data mentioned in the man page, or in softwareupdate --help. But I see it mentioned in various places online but it seems to go along with an install. Are you sure it's applicable in Catalina, and to the download option?
