A issue of 0 sessions

Hello admin, I have a problem as once I have once I have opened load handler after creating a RAT file. Its showing that 0 sessions when I type 'sessions' after running the rat in my windows pc. So how can I refresh my sessions & yes, can I again open a same load handler of RAT and see my sessions and use it.
