No database.json generated

Hello,

I'm creating my own cs2 server from scratch. I installed Metamod: Source 2.X Dev Build, roflmuffin/CounterStrikeSharp, MySQL server, all on this on a dedicated debian x64 server. Server runs, metamod and CounterStrikeSharp seems to be loaded well, but I can't find a way to install an !admin panel.

That's why I tried to install MiniAdmin, I may have miss understood what is the plugin purpose, is it an admin panel ?

Well, anyway I have MiniAdmin folder in my server/game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/plugins folder, but it doesn't seems to be loaded.

When I prompt css_plugins list command here is what is printed :

List of all plugins currently loaded by CounterStrikeSharp: 1 plugins loaded.
  [#1:UNREGISTERED]: "Unknown" (Unknown)

And when I prompt meta list command here is what is printed :

Listing 1 plugin:
  [01] CounterStrikeSharp (v239 @ a695eec) by Roflmuffin

Help would be realy appreciated :) I love cs so much ! I growed with css servers, that's today I want to host my own cs2 server to play with friends.

Btw I also can join server and play, I added my user infos into ~/server/game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/configs/admins.json but I still can't use !admin in game

And there's no database.json generated in ~/server/game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/plugins/MiniAdmin
