Please add anchor tags to headers #4
Description
I'm assuming this repo is for this site: https://partiql.org/tutorial.html
It would be helpful to add anchor tag links to all the headers. Helps me share the section of documentation I need someone else to see. Much better than:
Go to https://partiql.org/tutorial.html and search for "Checking whether a nested collection satisfies a condition"
I realize I can go to the top and go back to where I need to be from the table of contents but it would be a lot easier if there were links in the headers. Github does this:
