Description
The specification defines an enumeration to be used in a RateLine's usage conditions field. Two of the values (fixedDuration and fixedNumber) ask to check a limitation specified in another field ("rate usage duration limitation" and "rate usage count limitation"). Whilst the former might (?) be referring to the "incrementPeriod", the latter is definitely missing.
