Add standard ordering section for assets #39
Description
Currently the XCM docs are missing a section to specify how assets are ordered in a XCM message. This could be added to the 3. 2 MultiAsset section.
Suggestion is to have something similar to this subsection in the XCM specs but with examples and more practical content.
