Report database backend to telemetry (paritydb/rocksdb)

It would be helpful to know how many nodes are using Paritydb vs Rocksdb.
This is controlled by the --database flag on the binary, the default value being currently rocksdb.

Do you know whether this is reported by any telemetry currently sent via substrate? (I'd have to have a look; can't recall offhand!)

No it is not, it would have to be collected by substrate first. But I thought it would be better to ask here first.

If the information is provided via substrate I don't see why we can't also display it in telemetry as part of the node info page; makes sense to me :)
