Indented Tasks should be printed with subnumbering

Indented Task should be printed with a subnumber like :

1. Task
   1.1 Sub-task

I've added indentation for subtasks, but I can't use the numbering system you want as things are currently written. List numbers must be integers because the script uses them as indices in a python list for the update and delete functionality. I may change the way this works in the future and use a dictionary instead of a list for update and delete. For now, though, subtasks are indented.

Subtasks are indented but when a subtask is displayed it should (optionally) display the higher levels

What do you mean by "display the higher levels?"

When a subtask is on level 2 , it should print level 1 also like following

1. Task 1
   2 Task 1.1

Now only Task 1.1 is printed

Probably combined with the other issue that only items with a due date are printed
