Anisotropic custom covariance functions not working #32

I can't get this to work. I think it might be related to https://github.com/parafields/parafields-core/blob/main/include/parafields/matrix.hh#L279 uses ScaledIdentityMatrix unconditionally, but the same code path is used for anisotropic functions.
