Add Saved Filters Feature for Reusable Search Configurations #8
Description
The Sprout tool currently allows users to filter GitHub issues by programming language, date ranges, and sort options, but these configurations are not persistent across sessions. Users must repeatedly set their preferred filters (e.g., specific languages like “JavaScript” and “Python”, recent issues, sorted by comments) each time they use the tool, which reduces efficiency and user experience. Adding a Saved Filters feature would allow users to save their filter configurations, name them, and quickly reuse or switch between them, enhancing usability for frequent contributors. This feature aligns with Sprout’s goal of streamlining the discovery of open-source issues.
