Which is the implementation of the DynGEM(Deep Embedding Method for Dynamic Graphs)?

Hello,
I've seen #23 .But i have some questions.I don't see dynamic graph embedding(graph_series,learn_embeddings) in dynSDNE.
So does dynSDNE implement DynGEM?
