Linear Bearings won't fit into their slots

I have printed the different components and when I tried inserting the bearings they won't click in. Do you need them? Any suggestions?

You can replace them with linear bushings which we have found work equally well. I suggest printing out a few test pieces where the inner diameter matches the outer diameter of the bearing/bushing + ~3% extra to account for variability in the printing.

Possible option for bushings (make sure the ID matches the rod OD)
