Error with top tweets

Hi 
I am a new github and Python user. I am getting the following error when I enter '--Manu.json'(my json file name) in '--file:
usage: toptweets.py [-h] -f MANU.JSON [-v {hashtags,users,retweets}]
                    [-k COUNT] [-n MINIMUM]
toptweets.py: error: argument -f/--Manu.json is required
