This library does not work with latest gonum version

Latest versions of gonum have changed the name of some functions. This change fixes compatibility with gonum. There's a fix for that already in https://github.com/pa-m/optimize/pull/2.

Could this fix please be merged? Until this happens people will keep hitting this problem, and have to use replace directives in their gomod which is less than great.
