Fieldmaps ignored during BOLD preprocessing? #243

Hi,
I tried to preprocess the resting-state acquisition of one subject from the [Transdiagnostic Connectome Project].
The dataset is already in BIDS format and contains the fmap folder. However, the summary report explicitly states that no SDC correction was applied.
Could you please be more specific on how to make sure that SDC correction is applied?
