[Bug] Silent OOM Failures

Describe the bug
in case of a Large SVG to MP4 conversion (SVG originating from MP4) the conversion fails silently throwing an OOM in the console while not saying anything

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Take a relatively large video
2. turn into SVG
3. take SVG and turn it back into MP4
4. check logs

Expected behavior
Either variable memory limits if possible, perhaps a memory usage display of some sort AND indication of conversion failure instead of silent death while still showing that conversion is in progress
