Different colors for dark and light cursors to ensure contrast

Currently some cursor colors are not very visible on either dark or light (e.g. yellow on light). Instead of straight up using the avatar color I'd use a lookup table of dark/light cursor colors for each avatar color, to ensure there's always enough contrast.
