TODO:
- move Conditions class methods to Hand, changing calls of wh.conditions.() -> wh.()
- create new interface MahjongTableViewController, have Round/SeatTableViewController subclass this
- other ways to improve code readability?
- improve tests to test MANY other functions that are currently not tests (improve code coverage!)
