The Software is the property of Estimado Pte Ltd. The structure, organization, and code of the Software are the valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Estimado Pte Ltd. The Software is licensed, not sold.
The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. Estimado Pte Ltd disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- In no event will Estimado Pte Ltd’s total, aggregate liability to you or any related third-party exceed the amount you pay to us in the 3 months following up to the complaint.
- We are not liable for any losses arising from your misuse of our Services.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Estimado Pte Ltd if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
