Compatibility Issue Description

Quick Switcher++ always opens tabs as ephemeral. I was reading this comment and saw that normally the vanilla Obsidian Quick Switcher opens tabs as non-ephemeral.

Use Quick Switcher++ and open any note.

Hi @Anarchtism ! Thank you for reporting this. Under the hood, Vertical Tabs patches the default Obsidian Quick Switcher to open tabs as non-ephemeral. This patch hasn’t been extended to community plugins like Quick Switcher++ yet, as the API design is still a work in progress.
