Config for custom LTI auth server endpoints

Hi I was having a mess around with this today and thought it was super useful/helpful. Obviously it's coupled to your own "Tool Support" LTI solution with the hardcoded /admin/tools/ endpoints. I was wondering if you would be open to a code contribution to make it a little more generic to fit in with my own LTI shim?

I think we'd be open to that, this was basically written to allow us to programmatically configure our tools as in deployments 75% of problems seem to be tool configuration changes getting missed or having drifted.

The only thing is that lots of stuff is keyed off the Tool Support component. We do intend to open source that as well, but we just need to extract out some private stuff first.
