Since Firefox OS is also for tablets, it would be good to just use the same layout as for the ownCloud app.

We would only need to add responsiveness, collapsing of the sidebar. Similar to http://litewrite.net I would propose.

or should we just wait to have a mobile theme for owncloud apps and then take inspiration from that?

@cosenal well the mobile theme will be nothing more than the means to hide and show the sidebar of the app via a button or via swipe.
