Sincere thanks for sharing this excellent primer design aid. I am using v1.1.21 on windows 10. I am unable to connect to Ensembl or primer blast or even save the design parameters as a perlprimer file. Is there an updated installation with these fixes? I read your message directing to Github but there is no installable exe. Running the script in perl points to error in line #4099 and cannot use spidey. Please advise. Are you incorporating splign, the new alignment tool replacing spidey? Many thanks again.
