BlinkLed, Could not find file: BLINKLED.

When I click on the lamp off the browser of the following message:

Could not find file: BLINKLED

Already compiled the IDE 1.04,1.05,1.6.3.

Also did inclusion of extra lines of code in lib flash.h

Anyone ever had this problem and knows how to solve.
