Stuck on "Video is being encoded. This typically takes less than 90 seconds, please refresh the page in a moment..."

Hi everyone,

I've been using this plugin and it works fine most of the time. But for some videos, I get stuck on "Video is being encoded.".
Pasting the ID to mux I see the video fine, so everything looks good on Mux side.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on what might be happening?
