Chat with github about a mention on their "Making your code citeable" page?

I'm sure that we pick up DOIs linked in this way, but a link to citeas.org and instructions about how to request a citation of an article etc would also make sense.  Perhaps a mention of a CITATION file ...

Anyone know whom to reach out to?  We could ask Arfon, he might know who is handling this now.
