Showing wrong Character Code when open a Chinese chm file #164

Platform:
Mac 10.9
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. dbclick to open a CHM file within Chinese (UTF-8) file
2. showing Chinese in a wrong encode
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When using default encode, Chinese(UTF-8) can be display.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ver 1.4.3 on Mac OS X 10.9
Please provide any additional information below.
And more, when I change encode to UTF-8 manual, I scroll the file top, the
screen showing "lines". I cannot read the file, and have to refresh it.
