Feature request for ipepresenter: (Mouse-)Pointer for presentations

When presenting with ipepresenter, it would be practical to have the option to move the mouse in the local view window, and the pointer simultaneously showing (like a laserpointer) in the presentation window that the audience sees. (Currently one can move the mouse in the presentation window to show something, but one has to turn around to look at the presentation screen.)
