BUG REST API and website response

Describe the bug
Erroneous response when sending a request https://scorecard.dev/viewer/?uri=github.com/goiiot/libmqtt. The same applies when using the REST API.

1. Send request to https://scorecard.dev/viewer/?uri=github.com/goiiot/libmqtt

Results not found or results

Hmm, this appears to be an empty repository, which has given us problems with the CLI before.

This repository is empty.

The underlying API returns a response: https://api.scorecard.dev/projects/github.com/goiiot/libmqtt

This should just be an edge case in the visualization:
