Implement allauth email template

Description

We want the auth email template to follow the base place template.
Additionally, the user should be able to change email address.

Expected solution

What we are looking is something similar to what I implemented at pythonbrad/django-boot

How to test it

Create an account and open the validation link that you received by email.
