Reset password should not ask for password on first Google login

Describe the bug

Only for google account

When you log in for the first time using Google sign in, the reset password activity should not ask for the old password. It should only ask you only for the new password. But this does not happen when you reset the password for one account and try to reset the password again for the second time for another account by signing out the first and logging in into second account.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in using one account using google sign in.
2. Reset the password using Update password.
3. Log out and again sign in using some other google account.
4. Go to the Update password page, it asks you the old password also.

Expected behavior
Whenever a user logs in using Google sign in for the first time, he should see the option to enter only the new password in the Update Password screen,
