Because right now its processing all the time and scrolling somewhere is nearly impossible. It makes the tool as it is light now close to impossible to use, unfortunately.

You can try my fork (https://github.com/rene78/latest-changes). The problem with the limitation of calls to the overpass server is still there, but at least your area of interest is saved locally. So the next time you open the website the page should load where you left of. No panning or zooming necessary.
