Any alternative to pinpoint currently under development?

I have been using pinpoint in my research for a long time, but it looks like it's no longer maintained. Anyone knows of a good, multi-platform alternative that can be used now?

Looks like alumet and scaphandre fall pretty much under the same class. Anyway, would anybody be up for forking this and continuing? I can do it myself with whatever help I can muster...

Life has taken up other resources lately, but seems to give them back at the moment. Expect some (yet slow) movement over here in the next weeks.
