1- Update the page under https://github.com/OSLC/lyo-adaptor-sample-modelling/ to refer to the new RefImpl.
2. Update LyoD documentation to refer to this refImpl as well.

I am working to refactor the parent out and generate POMs using LyoD. Hopefully this will make the RefImpl as close to LASM as possible and replace it.
