[bug] OSISM 10.0.0-rc.2, No new images for heat

10.0.0-rc.2

What's the problem?

While updating to OSISM 10.0.0-rc.2 we noticed that heat stays on release 2024.1
In the releases the last time heat is declared was OSISM 8.1.0 with version 2024.1

Current release has no mentions of heat version.

Do you really use Heat? We don't really have that anywhere, because Crossplane, Terraform, etc. are significantly better. I can add that in an RC3. Until then, you can overwrite the heat images and use those from 2025.1 for testing (e.g. registry.osism.tech/kolla/heat-api:2025.1).

We also stopped to use heat, even with the other images it makes more issues. Nobody really uses those anymore anyway
