Web-based GUI doesn't work for Windows PC

Using the current version of ASCENDS, Web-based GUI works for Mac OS. However, in Windows system, it works only for the "Feature Selection", but not the "ML Performance Training & Test"; there are no data in "All Columns".

It appeared that minepy, one of the essential package for correlation analysis doesn’t work properly. The only way, at least that we have found, to make minepy working is installing ASCENDS within the Ubuntu Terminal within Windows 10. We have updated the installation guide in the Readme.md accordingly. Hope this helps.
