Cannot enter scene date

Version 1.20 on Windows 10

I have a "historical" novel, playing in 1891 and tried to enter scene dates in ISO format, such as 1891-04-01. After saving and leaving the dialog, the dates were lost.
Next, I tried the calendar input dialog, but didn't want to click through the years. So I tried to modify a date that I selected in the calendar. This wouldn't work, as my input was automatically reset.

As a side note, consider supporting date and time. A mystery story, for instance, might take place over the course of a single day, but the timing of the scenes could be of the utmost importance to the plot.

I know there is a problem with entering times sometimes it goes a day back or forward.
Regarding the time and hour you are right I will add that
