Realtime clearance option for withdrawals

We're excited to announce the addition of Realtime Clearance (RTC, also known as Instant EFT, Pay and Clear) to the TradeSafe wallet system. This feature allows for faster withdrawals through our API.

By selecting the RTC option, your customers can receive their funds within an hour of payment. Please note that this service incurs a higher fee and the release time is subject to our morning and afternoon payment batches.

Important Note: RTC is only supported for the following banks:

• Absa Bank
• African Bank
• Albaraka Bank
• Bidvest Bank
• Capitec Bank
• Capitec Business / Mercantile Bank
• Discovery Bank
• First National Bank
• Investec Bank
• Nedbank
• Postbank
• Sasfin Bank
