README headers

Following a suggestion from @jackalyst we'll be working through all the public @theQRL repositories to add a header noting whether the code is for the existing QRL network or is upcoming code for version 2.0, the project codenamed Zond.

We'll link back to this discussion page, which will be updated with more detail, once the categorisation is complete.
