'180' game

I want to present you the '180' game
adaptation of '180' by MASTERTRONIC ADDED DIMENSION
programmed by DAVE FORWARD graphics by STE & JEREMY and music by JAS. C. BROOKE
for 8-bit Atari computers back in a day.

The game is playable but in a very early stage.

Looking good. Be sure to refresh your tools from vscode-cc65 because I just added a terminal emulator for debugging.

Thank you but I wonder – did you see anything more than the start screen ?
I ask because after updating from version 0.12 to 0.13 the program doesn't go any further.
A brief inspection revealed that the problem is related to the use of RIA.vsync

There's a vsync test in examples. I'm able to throw darts in what you posted.

Since the vsync test did not reveal any errors,
I started looking for the source of the problem elsewhere.
Apart from changing the firmware version from 0.12 to 0.13,
the only change was updating the tools from vscode-cc65 (rp6502.py),
as you pointed out earlier.

So I restored the older version of these tools and ...
... everything started working without any problems.

I have no idea why the new version of the tools from vscode-cc65 caused problems.

Now I have firmware 0.13 with the previous version of vscode-cc65 tools and everything works fine.

Version 0.15 lets you disable the terminal cursor. Hope you're still working on this.

Could you think of some kind of flag to indicate that the system start-up procedure has been completed?
Devices have been recognised, connection to the network established, etc.

I don't have any visibility into TinyUSB to know when the initial enumeration finished. Everything else I can solve. Because USB is a very big part of the system, the right path forward is not clear.

Now I solve this by waiting 15 seconds in the .rp6502 file set as boot
before starting its actual tasks.
I would be grateful for whatever you can do.

I have no plans to do anything. I assume you mean you wait up to 15 seconds while polling for the devices you need to stop returning errors.
