How to get the diagnostic automaticcaly opened on cursor position

Hello I want to get the diagnostics to show when my cursor enters a word with a diagnostic, so I found this solution:

vim.opt.updatetime = 250

vim.api.nvim_create_autocmd("CursorHold", {
  callback = function()
    require("lspsaga.diagnostic"):show_line_diagnostics()
  end,
})

But I lost all the default option (like the border) and I'm wondering if a default option already does this. I search on the website, but I found nothing related to my need.
