Make data deletion time range adjustable

With this adjustment, the number of days after the data gets deleted would be configurable. The time range would have a maximum of 14 days, but the minimum number of days could be set to any number (for example, two days).

The biggest problem with this adjustment is the frontend translations, which need an update.

This is possible since Version 1.4.3 with the environment variables MOSPARO_SUBMIT_TOKEN_RETENTION_PERIOD, MOSPARO_SUBMISSION_RETENTION_PERIOD, MOSPARO_CLEANUP_PROCESS_INTERVAL, and MOSPARO_CLEANUP_UNFINISHED_INTERVAL.
