On cell phones, the checkbox takes a very long time to appear.
Is it possible to reduce this time?
What element determines the duration of the animation before the checkbox is displayed?

If I understand correctly, you see the loading animation/circle from mosparo, right?

If that's the case, then my next question is: have you enabled the Proof of Work security feature?

The Proof of Work security feature will do its job while showing the loading animation, which would explain higher load times on cell phones (because the CPU is not as strong as on modern notebooks or desktop computers).

If you do not use the Proof of Work security feature, is mosparo installed on the same server as your website?

Which complexity numbers have you configured?

For a simple test, you can disable the Proof of Work security feature to see if it's working better on cell phones.

If that solves the issue, you can reduce the complexity so that it is easier to solve.

But honestly, from my perspective, there is usually no reason to use Proof of Work... It sounds stupid to write that while I'm the person who added it to mosparo, but from my personal perspective, there is no reason why a bot should not be able to solve a Proof of Work puzzle - so, in the end, everybody can solve it. If everybody can solve it, then how should a form be protected?

If you're asking why we still added it: We had contact with different users over the last two years (since the launch of mosparo), and some users were not happy to hear that they have to manage rules to make mosparo work. They decided to use different tools based on the Proof of Work mechanism. That's completely fine with us - nobody has to use mosparo. But we asked ourselves, why not offer these people the combination? If they really want to use a Proof of Work-based spam protection tool, they can now use mosparo. And when they receive spam through the Proof of Work mechanism "protection", they can still use the other existing mosparo features to protect from spam. If they use mosparo, we can at least win something in data privacy since no data-aggressive hosted service is used.

• Maximum complexity: 7

you can disable the Proof of Work security feature
