Error to start hugo server

I had Hugo version 127.
I did the update:

I guess you install the dart-sass via npm, which is not supported, since the JS version sass doesn't implement embeded protocol, see https://github.com/sass/dart-sass?tab=readme-ov-file#embedded-dart-sass.

Please remove the npm's dart-sass first.

Btw, you can also keep using deprecated libsass instead of dart sass.

Yeah dude!
I'm using Windows.
I did the following:
npm uninstall dart-sass
I installed your previous example.
hugo mod get github.com/twbs/bootstrap@main
choco install dart-sdk
choco install sass --ignore-dependencies
After that everything started working again.

You still need to install the build tools.

If you are familar with Docker, I would suggest using Hugo Docker image, the hugomods/hugo:exts includes all build tools out of box.

I recommend using WSL or Docker on Windows if possible, since *nix OSs (such as Linux, WSL) have better build (IO) performance than Windows.
