i try start with powershell , follow tutorial on docs, but all failed . i think i must be do mistake but dont know

It should work after removing the trailing dot ..

hugo mod get -u github.com/hbstack/theme-start@v0.4.0

The following command without version also work, it will pull the latest version.

hugo mod get -u github.com/hbstack/theme-start

For update all modules, just use

hugo mod get -u ./...

Oh, my mistake, you have to install the Go first, you'll need to restart the PowerShell after installation.

No, there is no such option so far, it always to be set as auto to match end users system side prefered theme (dark and light).
We can treat it as a feature request, but I doubt if it is really useful for users.

Hi, you params configuration is incorrect, the hugopress is same level as hb.

The filename is also incorrect, it should be layouts/partials/hugopress/modules/custom/hooks/head-end.html.
It will save your time if you read the comments again and check yours.

Sure you can add anything. For complicated usage, please read Hugo template syntax, you can access the page variable via .Page in that template.

You should import the specified module on that page, in this case, it's github.com/hugomods/seo/modules/schema.

To import a module, you'll need to modify the module.yaml (default to config/_default/module.yaml in the exampleSite)

imports:
# ... other modules
- path: github.com/hugomods/seo/modules/schema

The theme support HugoPress, that's mean, you only need import those SEO modules, then the module will work.
