Remove Dart Sass warnings

I noticed that the Dart Sass warnings have reappeared and the parameter hb.sass_silence_deprecations is no longer working as before for some reason (didn't dive into it), but hard coding works, so I removed that parameter (doesn't make sense to expose it), and hard coded those Sass deprecations IDs.

To remove those annoying Dart Sass warnings, please upgrade to latest hb module.
