Here are the release notes for 300:

Additions

• Moved application from app.bubblymaps.org to bubblymaps.org & removed marketing page
• Fully implemented the XP system into all reviews and waypoints. If your contributing on the site, you will need the following: atleast 250 XP to edit waypoint data, and more than 750 XP for creating new waypoints. You can gain XP through the following methods: adding reviews (10xp), editing (15xp), and creating a waypoint (30xp).
• Added /home w/ street searching support.
• Added /moderator page for moderating everything on bubbly maps including but not limited to: reviews, waypoints, users.
• Added waypoint edit logs to each waypoint. This data will be displayed on /waypoint/id
• Added /waypoints page.
• Added report abuse to all waypoints, soon coming to users.
• Add new script modules for each of the apis: reviews, users, waypoints, moderation actions, logs, xp.
• Added new AI implementations (in beta) to reviews on each waypoint page. This AI model will help summarise reviews for you.
• Added CI/CD workflows to deploy docker images and assign tags.

Modifications

• Updated docs with new API routes.
• Updated various UI cards on the maps page with bug fixes.
• Removed ability to use email as auth method, must use google.
• Clean up code base.
• Updated terms and privacy policy. See https://bubblymaps.org/terms & https://bubblymaps.org/privacy
• Migrate all UI to shadcn/ui.
• Update API routes so moderators can do the same actions as API key. Logged.
• Update types w/ new fields from database.
• Closed source of api.bubblymaps.org due to security concerns. You will not be required to host the 1st party APIs. This is only for the Bubbly AI services.

Features on roadmap

• View abuse reports in moderator page.
• Ability to upload photos to the registry instead of links for waypoints
• Protected waypoints (will be all verified waypoints + any others moderators choose to protect)
• Onboarding
• Logging of all events for moderators
• Improve UX. more details soon
• More potentially useful AI features.
• Move AI from ollama to azure ai foundry
• Make /profile/null go to profile onboarding for the user.
• Create a maps SDK and full API for developers to access bubbly maps data. Currently not officially supported, however developers can currently use /api/waypoint with a session token to access the data.
